This study is based on the global health model and highlights positive health from the perspective of wellbeing and quality of life.

Contribution No. 1: For the most part, the research is based on daily life habits. This research has shown the importance of collecting teenagers’ opinions and expectations (subjective data).

Contribution No. 2: Excessive behavior of adolescents are subject to many interpretations, but not to their regulation. This study deals with the regulation of emotions, impulsivity and attention. In a psychophysical activity, this regulation requires three modes of approach: growing awareness (internal experience), verbalization (external experience), and appropriate action.

Contribution No. 3: The results allow to better understand the concerns, preoccupations and worries of adolescents.
